Who We Are

Statement of Doctrine

We accept the Scriptures as an all-sufficient and infallible rule of faith and practice, and affirm the absolute inerrancy and sole authority of the Word of God.

“We recognize at this point no room for division, either of practice or belief, or even sentiment. More and more we must come to feel as the deepest and mightiest power of our conviction that a ‘thus saith the Lord’ is the end of all controversy.” J.M. Frost

Mission Statement:

Jesus Himself said that, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and foremost commandment. The second is like it, you shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend the whole law and the prophets.” Matthew 22:37-40

Because of the importance that Jesus Himself placed upon these two commandments, as His people, we want to honor His word. Therefore, Champion Fellowship exists to help equip others to implement these words of Christ in every area of their life. We are a church body that believes in keeping it simple. If we can learn to love God and others in such a way that it honors these two simple commands found in God’s word then we know that everything else can fit into its proper place. Therefore, our mission statement at Champion Fellowship is:

Champion Fellowship… loving God, loving others and sharing Christ with the world!

What does it mean to live out our mission statement at Champion Fellowship?
• Providing opportunities for believers to worship the One, True and Living God together! (Worship and Prayer)
• Providing and participating in discipleship that will equip believers in their faith! (Discipleship)
• Providing and participating in a fellowship that encourages one another in the faith! (Fellowship)
• Equipping people to share the saving grace of Jesus Christ with those in our families, community and the world! (Evangelism)
