Beautiful Feet Trip- Dylan Hughes

Being on the Beautiful Feet mission trip was amazing. It's really where you get to know who you are as a person and to see what God has in store for you. We often at times put our own needs and wants in front of His, but once we listen to God's needs we find our true selves. On the trip we encountered many different people who were similar to ourselves even though they were homeless. In a way we are homeless ourselves. We are all heading down one road in life, and when we look up we find our true path. If you never have been on a mission trip, I definitely recommend checking this one out. You will leave and be totally changed for the better when you get back. Thank you for following alon

Beautiful Feet Trip- Sarah Chelf

This was my second trip to serve at Beautiful Feet Ministries. The first time opened my eyes to the reality of the hardships that people right down the road from us are facing each day. It was a reminder to me that the Gospel and hope is needed right here, in our own cities, in our own streets. I heard stories of brokenness yet redemption, of how the Lord is walking with them through the trials, and I loved seeing the hope and love being poured out each day through the staff and volunteers to those who would visit the church each day. One of my favorite parts of each trip was to go out together into the streets of the city and just meet people where they are, in their realities. To pray

Beautiful Feet Trip- Doreen Hughes

This was my second trip on the Beautiful Feet mission trip. I was one of the vocalists on the worship team. We had a successful trip and had many "firsts" for almost everyone that went! David Hughes gave his first message, and I personally felt the Holy Spirit move so strongly within me that I voiced my first open prayer in a larger group! Three people on the team spoke to the congregation without a hesitation and all three had been either very anxious or had social anxiety. They were led by God and they overcame it. We had several people that never prayed out loud with anybody and most of them prayed with several at the church. We reached a young man who wouldn’t even glance at us or ac

Beautiful Feet Trip- LaKisha Anderson

Today, as we continue our Champion Stories from the Beautiful Feet Mission Trip, meet LaKisha Anderson. LaKisha was a part of the team from Champion Fellowship that served the homeless with Beautiful Feet Ministries in Fort Worth, Texas, on February 10-12. Read below her story about how the Lord moved in her life throughout the weekend. This was my second time being a part of the Beautiful Feet mission team, and like many of the others, the first time I went I was all excited…excited more about the opportunity to reach out and help people who I could relate to on some of their levels. I was surprised to realize that on the first trip God spoke more to me then. I spoke to others (or so it

Beautiful Feet Trip- Delilah Miceli

This week on the Champion blog, we will be sharing stories from the team that traveled to Fort Worth, Texas, on February 10-12, to serve alongside Beautiful Feet Ministries. The team's mission was to share the Gospel and love of Jesus with the city's homeless. Today, we introduce to you, Delilah Miceli. Read below to hear how she saw the Lord moving during the team's weekend in Fort Worth. This was my second trip to The Feet. The first trip was amazing but was a learning experience. I got to meet so many people and got to pray with so many, but this time was different. The Women’s Ministry helped prepare me for this trip. With the Breaking Free Bible Study, I really learned a new way t
